Sunday was day one of exercising which felt amazing, but left my body deaded. Tonight was Day two of exercising and it felt great, and only left me wanting more. Exercising is kindof addictive, i cant wait for next time. Also, hot tubbing it up after was pretty rad as well. Props to dunky for coming along tonight.
Does anyone have any tips to lose weight? Ive cut out junkfood in general,and pop(i drink it alot) and obviously cut back on saturated fats more, but any other tips that maybe arent so obvious?
